Fitzy's Old Fashioned Diner has been around since the 70's. We think, nobody seems to know but current owner Scott Dahlen is a career chef who chased his ownership dream in 2022. 

As a chef I believe in making good food with natural ingredients. Like the buckets in the background say, "Flour & Sugar". No filers, fluff or words we can't pronounce. Great food made the old fashioned way!
